Western Montana Fair

It’s time for the Western Montana Fair! The fair comes to the heart of Missoula on August 10 – 15, 2010, and as of this writing, we still have availability at our family friendly bed and breakfast Missoula. Give us a call at 1-877-251-4457 or make a reservation.

The fair is a great place to take the whole family. It’s always fun to see impressive cows, enormous hogs, and peculiar chickens, and it is downright thrilling to watch the Bullorama. How do they manage to stay on those bulls? There is horse racing to watch and Mutton Bustin’ for the kids (which is about the cutest thing ever). The carnival is even bringing a couple of great new rides this year; hang on during the Super Loop and bring your camera when you ride the Gondola Wheel.
Look forward to live music from Creedence Clearwater Revisited on Saturday August 14th, and lots of great fair food throughout the festival. Enjoy the Demolition Derby (if for no other reason than that everyone should see one once in a lifetime) and a good old fashion rodeo.
The Western Montana Fair is a wonderful opportunity to embrace the culture and community of Western Montana. This is an event the whole family will enjoy, and we welcome the whole family at our Missoula bed and breakfast. When you return to the inn after a long day out at the fair, you’ll be thankful you decided to stay in our tranquil inn overlooking the Bitterroot River.
